Who are we?
It was during a personal trip to Zanzibar that we, Michael and Marie, experienced an unforgettable human connection. Far more than a simple tourist getaway, our stay transformed into a moving encounter with people of rare kindness and disarming generosity.
In an environment marked by poverty, we rediscovered what truly matters: simple human values, sincere hospitality, and sharing. Faced with the genuine smiles of the locals, but also the daily challenges they must overcome, we felt a deep need to give back a little of what we had received.
That’s how Mon Guide Zanzibar was born: a human project above all, aimed at connecting French-speaking travelers with a passionate local guide, to promote more authentic, fair, and respectful tourism.
