Your Program: Sharing & Gastronomy

• Village Welcome: Your morning begins with an immersion into the daily lives of the inhabitants. Accompanied by your guide, you will discover the social organization, local craftsmanship, and the challenges facing the village.

• Cooking Workshop in Pwani Mchangani: Head to the kitchen! Under the watchful eyes of the village mothers, participate in the preparation of a traditional Swahili meal. Learn how to press coconut milk, balance the island’s spices, and cook over a wood fire.

• The Tasting: Sit down to savor the fruits of your labor. An authentic feast, rich in flavors and conviviality, shared in simplicity and joy.
